When your order moves
BONNOVAECOM verifies, inspects, and packages your order. It is handed over to the fulfillment facility within 48 hours of placement. Preparation for shipment takes 3–7 business days after that handover.
Why timelines shift
The full journey from fulfillment facility to you takes 14–30 business days. This timeframe depends on carrier performance, customs inspections, and local logistics — not BONNOVAECOM’s internal operations.
Delays occur when external conditions intervene, including:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Country-specific import or delivery requirements
